  • Improved side panel capture reliability so the active-tab context is resolved more consistently.
  • Updated the embedded chat action menu for clearer labels and easier access to capture/context actions.

Reliability & Bug Fixes

  • Improved sign-in reliability for organizations operating across regions.
  • Improved subscription and account consistency for partner-managed tenants.
  • Reduced billing update issues during user quantity changes.
  • Improved billing flow consistency during onboarding and account setup.
  • Fixed a Zoho Desk integration issue that could repeatedly re-run automated ticket reviews and create duplicate comment activity.

Zoho Desk Safeguards

  • Added duplicate-event suppression and ticket-level pacing safeguards to reduce repeated automated review runs.
  • Tightened webhook trigger handling to reduce unintended reprocessing loops.
  • Added paginated run history in Zoho Webhooks and Schedules for easier monitoring and control.
  • Added a centralized legal terms mechanism to keep terms acceptance/versioning aligned across supported EtherAssist surfaces.

Usage Reporting Updates

  • Added 24h, 7d, 3m, and 6m range controls in the Usage Users tab (with existing Custom support).
  • Added pagination controls for the users list to keep larger organizations easier to review.

Fixes & Quality

  • Additional stability and error-handling improvements for browser extension capture flows.
  • Minor UI polish for Teams and extension embedded chat interactions.
