Search conversations

Use conversation search to find previous answers, documents, scripts, notes, and decisions.

Search results in EtherAssist

Before you begin

  • Use customer-safe keywords, project names, product names, or topic names.
  • Avoid entering credentials, secrets, or sensitive identifiers into search.
  • Rename important conversations when you want them to be easy to find later.

Search for a conversation

  1. Open Search from the sidebar or conversation area.
  2. Enter a keyword, customer-safe reference, product name, or topic.
  3. Review matching conversations.
  4. Open the conversation you need.

Expected result: EtherAssist opens the selected conversation so you can continue or reuse it.

Search tips

  • Search for product names such as Entra, Intune, Azure, or ISO 27001.
  • Use a phrase from the generated output if you remember it.
  • Avoid searching for secrets or sensitive identifiers.
  • Rename important conversations so they are easier to find later.

Troubleshooting

Too many resultsAdd a product name, topic, customer-safe project reference, or phrase.
No resultsTry a shorter keyword or check whether the conversation was deleted.
