Search conversations
Use conversation search to find previous answers, documents, scripts, notes, and decisions.

Before you begin
- Use customer-safe keywords, project names, product names, or topic names.
- Avoid entering credentials, secrets, or sensitive identifiers into search.
- Rename important conversations when you want them to be easy to find later.
Search for a conversation
- Open Search from the sidebar or conversation area.
- Enter a keyword, customer-safe reference, product name, or topic.
- Review matching conversations.
- Open the conversation you need.
Expected result: EtherAssist opens the selected conversation so you can continue or reuse it.
Search tips
- Search for product names such as Entra, Intune, Azure, or ISO 27001.
- Use a phrase from the generated output if you remember it.
- Avoid searching for secrets or sensitive identifiers.
- Rename important conversations so they are easier to find later.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to try |

| Too many results | Add a product name, topic, customer-safe project reference, or phrase. |
| No results | Try a shorter keyword or check whether the conversation was deleted. |
| Hard to identify the right result | Open likely matches and rename the important conversation. |
