Notes in EtherAssist
Notes help you preserve reminders, decisions, and follow-up context without adding them to a shared conversation.
Before you begin
- Use notes for short, customer-safe reminders and decisions.
- Do not store passwords, tokens, private keys, or secrets in notes.
- Use a clear title so you can find the note later.
Create a note
- Open a conversation or the Notes page.
- Select the note action.
- Add a short title.
- Add useful body text, such as a decision, follow-up action, or reminder.
- Save the note.
Expected result: the note is available for later reference in your account.
Maintain notes
- Review notes that are no longer current.
- Update action-focused notes when the task changes.
- Delete notes that are no longer needed.
Use notes well
- Keep notes short and action-focused.
- Use notes for follow-up tasks, decisions, and customer-safe reminders.
- Move formal deliverables to exported documents instead of keeping long drafts in notes.
