Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| I am in the wrong organisation | Sign out and sign in with the identity used for the invitation or subscription. |
| I cannot access a feature | Confirm your role, subscription, and tenant policy. |
| Responses are slower than expected | Check service health and try a shorter prompt or a faster model. |
| A generated answer looks wrong | Ask for sources, provide clearer context, or regenerate with a more specific output format. |
