Subscriptions
Use the subscription page to review plan status, billing details, and available subscription actions. The exact options depend on whether your organisation subscribed directly or through Azure Marketplace.

Before you begin
- Sign in with a billing owner or administrator account.
- Confirm the organisation you are managing.
- Know whether billing is direct or marketplace-based.
- Do not change plans unless the commercial owner has approved it.
Open subscription management
- Open the account or administration area.
- Select Subscription.
- Review the current plan, status, and billing owner information.
Expected result: the subscription page shows the active plan and available management actions for your commercial route.

Update billing information
- Open the subscription page.
- Select the billing or payment management action.
- Complete the secure billing provider flow.
- Return to EtherAssist.
- Confirm the subscription status is still active.

Manage marketplace subscriptions
- Use Azure Marketplace for marketplace SaaS plan and billing actions.
- Use Azure Marketplace subscription management when the subscription is marketplace-managed.
- Use EtherAssist administration pages for users, quotas, and product settings.
- Contact support if the commercial route and EtherAssist status do not match.
Troubleshooting
