Subscribe through Azure Marketplace

Use Azure Marketplace when your organisation wants EtherAssist billed through Azure. This guide explains the subscription flow and the account registration steps that connect the Azure SaaS subscription to EtherAssist.

Before you begin

  • Use an Azure account that can purchase SaaS marketplace offers.
  • Confirm the correct Azure subscription and billing scope.
  • Have the EtherAssist user account ready for the organisation owner or billing owner.
  • Keep the marketplace browser tab open until registration is complete.

Create the marketplace subscription

  1. Open the EtherAssist listing in Azure Marketplace.
  2. Select the plan that matches your commercial agreement.
  3. Choose the Azure subscription and resource group used for the SaaS purchase.
  4. Complete the subscription details.
  5. Review the plan, billing details, and terms.
  6. Select Subscribe.

Expected result: Azure creates the SaaS subscription and shows the deployment or subscription progress page.

Configure the EtherAssist account

  1. From the Azure subscription page, select Configure account.

  1. Sign in to EtherAssist using the account that should own or administer the organisation.

  1. Register the Azure subscription when EtherAssist prompts you.

  1. Wait for registration to complete.

  1. Return to EtherAssist and confirm that the workspace opens.

  1. Open the Azure Marketplace SaaS subscription in the Azure portal.
  2. Review the plan, status, and billing subscription.
  3. Use Azure Marketplace management actions for plan changes or cancellation when required.
  4. Use EtherAssist administration pages for users, roles, usage, and product settings.

Troubleshooting
