Partner applications

The Applications area supports review of partner programme requests when the workflow is enabled for your organisation.

Before you begin

  • Sign in with a partner role that can review applications.
  • Confirm applications are enabled for your partner programme.
  • Keep applicant notes factual and appropriate for customer or partner review.

Review an application

  1. Open Partner Portal.
  2. Go to Applications.
  3. Review the submitted company details and contact information.
  4. Take the appropriate approval, rejection, or follow-up action.
  5. Record any customer-safe notes needed for the decision.

Expected result: the application is moved to the correct state or has a clear follow-up action.

Good practice

Validate applicant details before approval. Do not record unsupported assumptions or internal-only comments in application notes.

Tips

  • Keep names, prompts, and configuration values specific to the task you are performing.
  • Check role, subscription, region, and tenant policy when a feature is not visible.
