Partner applications
The Applications area supports review of partner programme requests when the workflow is enabled for your organisation.
Before you begin
- Sign in with a partner role that can review applications.
- Confirm applications are enabled for your partner programme.
- Keep applicant notes factual and appropriate for customer or partner review.
Review an application
- Open Partner Portal.
- Go to Applications.
- Review the submitted company details and contact information.
- Take the appropriate approval, rejection, or follow-up action.
- Record any customer-safe notes needed for the decision.
Expected result: the application is moved to the correct state or has a clear follow-up action.
Good practice
Validate applicant details before approval. Do not record unsupported assumptions or internal-only comments in application notes.
Tips
- Keep names, prompts, and configuration values specific to the task you are performing.
- Check role, subscription, region, and tenant policy when a feature is not visible.
