Partner billing
Partner billing pages help partners review invoices and customer billing history.
Before you begin
- Sign in with a partner role that can view billing.
- Confirm the partner or customer organisation before reviewing invoices.
- Share billing exports only with authorised finance or account contacts.
Review billing history
- Open Partner Portal.
- Go to Billing.
- Select the invoice or customer record.
- Review line items, period, and totals.
- Export or share billing information only when the recipient is authorised.
Expected result: billing information is reviewed in the correct partner or customer context.
Billing checks
- Confirm the customer organisation is active.
- Check whether the subscription is direct, inherited, marketplace, or partner-managed.
- Review user counts and billing period before raising a billing query.
Support note
Billing data can be commercially sensitive. Do not send invoices or exports to contacts that are not approved billing recipients.
Tips
- Keep names, prompts, and configuration values specific to the task you are performing.
- Check role, subscription, region, and tenant policy when a feature is not visible.
