Partner audit log

The partner audit log helps partners and support teams review activity across authorised partner and customer organisations.

Before you begin

  • Sign in with a partner role that can view audit activity.
  • Confirm the partner or customer organisation you need to review.
  • Treat exports as sensitive because they can contain user, customer, and organisation information.

Typical events

  • Customer or child partner creation.
  • User invitations and role changes.
  • Impersonation or support access events where recorded.
  • Billing and subscription management actions.
  • Organisation detail updates.

Export guidance

  1. Open Partner Portal → Audit log.
  2. Select the relevant partner or customer context.
  3. Filter by date, user, customer, or event type where available.
  4. Review the matching events.
  5. Export only the records required for authorised support, compliance, or finance review.

Expected result: the exported evidence is scoped to the selected partner or customer context.

Tips

  • Use tenant audit logs for customer-internal activity and partner audit logs for channel-management events.
  • Keep exports within authorised support, compliance, or finance channels.
