Channel programme

The channel programme view helps partners manage nested customer and partner relationships.

Before you begin

  • Sign in with a partner role that can manage the channel hierarchy.
  • Confirm whether you are working at top-level partner, child partner, or customer level.
  • Create records only in the correct hierarchy context.

Hierarchy behaviour

  • Top-level partners can manage their authorised child organisations.
  • Child partners can manage customers within their assigned scope.
  • Customer-level users see only their organisation where applicable.

Add Partner/Customer

  1. Open Partner Portal.
  2. Confirm the current hierarchy level.
  3. Select Add Partner/Customer when you are at a partner level and need to create a child partner or customer.
  4. Select Add Customer when the account is customer-level and permitted to create customer organisations.
  5. Enter the organisation details and save.

Expected result: the new organisation appears under the selected hierarchy level.

Use drill-down actions to move through the hierarchy and breadcrumb-style context to return to parent levels. If a customer is missing, confirm the current level before creating a duplicate record.

Tips

  • Keep names, prompts, and configuration values specific to the task you are performing.
  • Check role, subscription, region, and tenant policy when a feature is not visible.
