Share conversations
Conversation sharing helps teams reuse answers, review decisions, and pass context between support, compliance, and delivery workflows.
Before you begin
- Review the conversation for customer data, personal data, tenant IDs, credentials, internal URLs, and unapproved draft content.
- Decide whether the audience is internal only or allowed to use a public link.
- Export a final approved deliverable instead of sharing a long working conversation when the output is formal.
Sharing options
| Option | Audience | Use when |
|---|---|---|
| Organisation share | Users in your organisation | Internal collaboration and repeatable guidance. |
| Public share | Anyone with the link | Customer-safe or vendor-safe content that has been reviewed. |
Share with your organisation

- Open the conversation.
- Open the sharing controls.
- Choose the organisation sharing option.
- Confirm the audience and save the setting.
- Send the link through an approved internal channel.
Expected result: permitted users in your organisation can open the shared conversation.

Share publicly

- Open the conversation.
- Open the sharing controls.
- Choose the public sharing option.
- Confirm the conversation is customer-safe.
- Copy the public link or use the available sharing options.
Expected result: anyone with the link can access the shared conversation until sharing is revoked or the link expires.

Revoke or change sharing

- Open the shared conversation.
- Open the sharing controls or select the sharing status indicator.
- Clear the sharing option you no longer need.
- Save the change.
Expected result: the conversation returns to private or the audience changes.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Recipient cannot open the link | Confirm the sharing mode and whether the recipient is in the organisation. |
| Link should no longer work | Revoke public sharing from the conversation controls. |
| Conversation contains sensitive content | Remove sharing and create a reviewed export instead. |
