Share conversations

Conversation sharing helps teams reuse answers, review decisions, and pass context between support, compliance, and delivery workflows.

Before you begin

  • Review the conversation for customer data, personal data, tenant IDs, credentials, internal URLs, and unapproved draft content.
  • Decide whether the audience is internal only or allowed to use a public link.
  • Export a final approved deliverable instead of sharing a long working conversation when the output is formal.
