Profile Settings

This article is kept so existing links continue to work. The maintained article is Settings overview.

Profile settings account details

Before you begin

  • No administrator action is required.
  • Use Settings when you need to update personal preferences.
  • Use Administration only when the change should apply to other users.

What changed

Profile Settings has been split into Account, Security and Privacy, Appearance, Language and Region, Personal Context, Personas, Topics and Templates, and Memory.

Open current profile settings

  1. Open Settings from the EtherAssist sidebar.
  2. Select the relevant section.
  3. Update the setting and save where required.

Expected result: you manage profile settings from the current Settings pages rather than this compatibility route.

Tip

If you followed an old bookmark, update it to Settings overview.

Next step

Open Settings overview for the current guidance.

Tips
